Ryanne, born in Aurora, IL originally pursued a career as a labor and delivery nurse. Although joyful and rewarding work, daily she saw the need to help people on a deeper and more lasting level.  Counseling became her passion. Ryanne began working with adolescents  in 2003 and became incredibly inspired by the change she saw in these young people and their parents when they committed to and internalized the therapeutic process.

Ryanne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Aurora University. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in children and adolescents from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the state of Illinois.

At Family Recovery Centers (FRC), Ryanne oversees most aspects of operation. She designs and implements treatment policies and protocols that align with Joint Commission and state standards while ensuring all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture. Additionally, she develops and integrates programs designed to treat and satisfy the needs of the clients at FRC. Lastly, Ryanne sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth by evaluating performance through analysis and interpretation of data and metrics.

In her 20 years of counseling, Ryanne has worked in multiple levels of care including intake coordination, private practice, intensive outpatient programs and inpatient units. She also has experience assessing potential psychiatric patients in the medical setting and working with special needs adults. She is a member of Illinois Counseling Association (ICA).
